作者: 格里森·佩里（Grayson Perry，生於1960年）英國當代藝術家、作家和廣播節目主持人，他的藝術創作以彩繪瓷瓶、刺繡等等形式為主，其創作所關注的，包含對當代藝術圈的觀察、社會中的偏見與弱勢議題等。作為一個英國極具知名度的藝術家，佩里在歐美有極豐富的展覽經歷，並在2003年獲得透納獎。2013年他在BBC的芮斯講座（Reith Lectures）的演講，是該節目自成立以來最受歡迎的系列。2020年他更成為歐洲文化領域最重要的獎項之一，伊拉斯謨獎(Erasmus Prize)的年度得獎者，藉以表彰其對英國社會與文化的影響和貢獻。 譯者: 金振寧， 美國華盛頓大學動植物學學士，台灣輔仁大學翻譯學、英國倫敦大學學院電影理論碩士。二〇〇七年進入台灣誠品畫廊工作，從此愛上藝術的世界。一晃眼十年過去，現為陪伴孩子成長以筆代劍延續所愛。曾為《一個人的收藏》撰寫影片腳本，譯有《如何書寫當代藝術》、《創造展覽》等書，同時在Medium上展開「人間味」寫作計畫。
